PNMT New Client Session

TMJD New Client Session
$140 ~60 min · assessed by 2, treated by 1For jaw pain, clicking, TMJ dysfunction, and related head and neck tension. Two therapists assess your jaw and related muscles and build your plan together (two clinical reads, one shared plan), then one of them does the hands-on treatment. Every follow-up after that is one-on-one, and the team makes sure the right therapist sees you each visit.
Restorative Skills
$140 ~75 min · 1 therapistYoga Restorative Skills sessions to maintain pain relief through self-treatment skills.
Pediatric & Young Clients
We care deeply about getting young clients the right help. Before any session, we assess whether PNMT is the right fit, so the New Client Session for anyone under 18 is arranged by reaching out to us directly rather than booked online.
Young women under 18 are always paired with a female therapist, and minors are always seen by a single therapist. Depending on the condition, the New Client Session may be shorter and gentler at a reduced rate, typically $110 for 45 minutes.

Follow-up session prices
Follow-ups are $110 – $170 per session. Your therapist sets the length and price based on your treatment plan, so you don’t pick. All follow-ups are one-on-one. Prices as of February 15, 2026.

Payment Guidelines
Please understand that payment of your service is part of your treatment. Below are our current payment guidelines:
- Full payment for services is greatly appreciated and expected at the time of treatment.
- We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, FlexPay, and HSA/FSA funds.
- We're an out-of-network practice. We don't bill insurance directly, but we provide an itemized medical receipt (a superbill) you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Questions about coverage or the total cost of a course of care? Ask us before you book.
- Please make checks out to Somavida Pain Relief.
- We appreciate at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations to best serve all our clients. Please contact us at the earliest possible time so that we may contact other clients waiting for pain relief.
- Please be advised that if multiple last minute cancellations are made, full payment will be required for cancellations within 24 hours.
- We do our best to accommodate for late arrivals. We appreciate notice if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
- Prepaid package sessions are not transferable to family and friends.
